ZUS 2026.01 competition – funding for improving occupational health and safety (projects implemented in 2027)

ZUS announced a competition nr 2026.01 for projects related to maintaining the ability to work throughout the entire period of professional activity – with implementation in 2027.

Most important dates

• Recruitment starts: February 23, 2026

• End of recruitment: March 24, 2026
  ZUS provides for the possibility Second round of recruitment, if not all funds are used after the first round.

How much can you get?

• minimum funding amount: 15 000 zł

• maximum: do 80% of the project value (with an amount limit depending on the type of project)

• Amount limits:

  • projects investment: do 345 000 zł

  • projects investment and consulting: do 350 000 zł (including 345 000 zł investments + 5 000 zł consulting)

What can be financed

Funding covers activities in technical areas related to, among others:

• safety of machines/equipment and workplaces,

• protection against noise/vibrations and radiation,

• improving the lighting of workstations,

• protection against electricity and static electricity,

• ventilation and air purification,

• safety of work at heights and in special zones,

• limiting the load on the musculoskeletal system,

• protection against chemical and biological factors,

• personal protective equipment.

Conditions of participation who can submit an application

The competition is open to any contribution payer who, among other things:

• is not in arrears with ZUS contributions and taxes,

• is not in bankruptcy/liquidation etc.,

• does not apply for further funding within 3 years from the payment of the last subsidy or from the repayment of the subsidy (if he was obliged to do so).
